3 How to sign up?
Go to Menu → Sign In → “Register” and enter your username & password. After that confirm your account via the email link.
4 How to list a service?

5 How do I make a request for a task or a project as a customer?
Go to expert-connect.ch and click “Post a request” in the top right corner.
6 What happens after an offer is confirmed or somebody bought your service?
In your profile go to “Orders”. There you can message the user, open a dispute if you are not satisfied, or complete the order once the task is done.
9 How to complete or dispute an order?

7 I need a custom category for my product/service?
If none of the existing categories (e.g. Finance, ICT Support) fit, contact us via Live Chat (bottom right). We can add your custom category.
